What commission does eTaxi charge drivers?
eTaxi charges a 10% commission on completed trips, below Kenya's regulatory cap and lower than the rates published by other major platforms.
Where does eTaxi operate?

Can I send a package with eTaxi?
Yes. Open the app, enter pickup and drop-off details, and a nearby rider will collect and deliver your package. See delivery by city.
How do I become a driver?
Download the eTaxi Driver app, submit your documents for verification, and start accepting trips once approved. Full requirements are in our Terms of Service.
What if I have a problem during a trip?
Contact us at hello@etaxi.co.ke. For emergencies, use the in-app SOS button or call 999/112.
Does eTaxi operate at night?
Yes, eTaxi is available around the clock. Every trip is tracked with live GPS regardless of time of day.
