  2. Enter your pickup location and destination.
  3. See your upfront fare estimate before you confirm.
  4. Get matched with a nearby, verified driver.
  5. Track your driver's arrival in real time.
  6. Pay by M-Pesa or cash at the end of your trip.

For drivers

  1. Download the eTaxi Driver app and sign up.
  2. Submit your licence, vehicle documents, and a live selfie for verification.
  3. Once approved, go online whenever you want to drive.
  4. Accept trip requests as they come in.
  5. Earnings are credited to your in-app wallet after each trip.
  6. Withdraw to your M-Pesa number.
